Booking Info

In order to reserve a hunting trip or vacation rental, you need to do the following:

Contact Justin Peeler at Macho Creek Lodge and check schedule availability. If the trip date(s) you want is available, your name will be tentatively written on Macho Creek’s schedule. An invoice will then be sent to you. You have 20 days from the date of the invoice to get your full deposit and required paperwork to Macho Creek Lodge, Inc. Upon timely receipt of your deposit and signed paperwork, you will then have reservations for the trip(s) and dates you requested.

If your deposit is not received within 20 days of the date of the invoice, Macho Creek Lodge, Inc. will open the dates you requested to all potential guests.

A deposit of 50% of the cost of the trip is required to hold a date/reservation. Deposits are not refundable for any reason; therefore, please plan your trip carefully. The remaining 50% of the "balance" is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Terms and prices are subject to change without notice.

On big game hunts, any animal wounded is considered a harvested animal. Extensive efforts will be attempted to retrieve all game animals.
